We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns that enhance our clients' online presence and brand reputation. From crafting compelling press releases to fostering relationships with media outlets and influencers, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' positive public image.

How do you add value?

  • Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote our clients' digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create engaging and newsworthy press releases, articles, and other written materials for distribution.
  • Cultivate relationships with key media contacts, bloggers, and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends, news, and social media to identify opportunities for client exposure.
  • Coordinate and manage media events, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Act as a spokesperson for clients when necessary, ensuring a consistent and positive brand message.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align PR efforts with overall campaign objectives.
  • Measure and analyze the success of PR campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

By effectively executing your responsibilities and achieving the below KPIs, you will contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Media Coverage: Measure the number of positive media mentions and coverage your organization receives in various outlets.

Brand Visibility: Track the frequency of your brand name or key messages being mentioned in media and public conversations.

Social Media Engagement: Monitor the number of times your brand is mentioned on social media platforms.

Reputation Management: Assess the sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) of media coverage and online conversations related to your brand.

Lead Generation: Evaluate the number of leads generated from PR activities and their conversion into customers.

What's needed from you?

  • 3-5 years experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Specialist in a digital marketing agency or similar industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media relations and networking abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and online platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to generate innovative PR campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using PR tools and platforms for media monitoring and outreach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a tea

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
