Junior Customer Support Representative [Pakistan]


 

The Role

This is a phone-based role as the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Your main responsibilities in this role include but may not be limited to the following.

You will assist clients with their risk management needs, navigating the complexities of their protection needs.

You will offer guidance on risk-related inquiries and effectively address customer objections.

You will oversee claims, working closely with insurance companies and internal claims consultants to ensure a seamless process.

You will maintain a high standard of client service through prompt correspondence with clients

You will adhere to industry regulations to ensure impeccable compliance.

Timings: 3am to 12pm

Salary: 50k to 70k

Job Type: Full-time
