Our award-winning insurance business is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its growing team. Candidates should have a strong bias towards providing an exceptional customer experience and be able to solve complex problems in a quick and efficient manner. Responsibilities and Duties
· Deal with incoming customer queries and make alterations to our clients existing policies and renewals.
· Carry out the sale of new Motor and Personal policies.
· Provide administrative support to other departments.
· Manage renewal documentation and other compliance critical elements.
· Engage with sales initiatives to help grow our existing book of Motor and Personal business.
· Cross sell a wide range of products to our existing portfolio of clients.
· Responsible for maintaining high levels of professionalism while working towards building a quality rapport with every client.
· Work with the management team to stay up to date with product developments and changes in processes.
Qualifications and Skills
· Provide excellent customer service
-5 GCSE's: Grade A-C (inc. English and Maths)
-Competent user of Microsoft Office
-Be able to work as part of a small, motivated team
- Good interpersonal skills
Desirable Criteria:-
-12 months experience in a sales environment
-Have proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
-Previous insurance experience
- Use of CRM system

Full internal licensing programme to be provided at outset. Competitive salary dependant on experience. Full time permanent role.

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,600.00 per year
