Global Static Data Specialist

Location: Warszawa

Responsibilities

  • Performing all GSD BAU tasks in timely manner and according to procedures;
  • Ensuring all data in eFront (main system for Private Capital) is accurate
  • Following controls in place to mitigate risks
  • Ensure the relevant investor documents comply with requirements
  • Following the end-to-end processes and procedures in place
  • Continually developing a strong understanding of the importance of data integrity, and carrying out all requests with a quality and control mind-set
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in order to foster strong relationship to deliver quality service
  • Monitoring the dedicated mailboxes/systems to ensure that all enquiries and change requests are promptly handled
  • Accurately recording and completing relevant checklists
  • Proactively support management in any BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects;
  • Support management to ensure that all KPIs are updated and distributed on regular basis
