Provide forecasts for the business and a monthly summary of the progress and status of the business
Develop licensing opportunities for B+L branded designs
Be responsible for all business relations with Bausch + Lomb customers
Help customers implement new products using Bausch + Lomb’s materials
Provide strategic guidance to both B+L and customers that drive market growth for the B+L brand
Develop and cultivate relationships with KOL’s in Asia for the specialty lens segment and the B+L brand
Provide input and assistance in the development and execution of the Bausch + Lomb brand strategy for the Region
Represent Bausch + Lomb within leading industry and trade associations as well as manage participation at trade fairs
Keep the business informed as to emerging technologies, trends in consumer behavior, changes in retailing, etc. that represent opportunities or risks to the business
Work closely with marketing and regulatory teams to provide customer information and guidance
Work collaboratively within a multi-national team
