Qualification & Work Experience:
Ø Education level:
ITI in Mechanical/ Fitter / Instrument mechanic / Foundry / Plumbing / Hydraulics trade.
“OR”
Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Production/ Automobile Engineering trade.
“OR”
Any other Technical / Non-technical Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of experience in handling assy./ dis-assy. Of heavy duty equipment for oil & gas industries.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operating / maintain hydraulic equipment’s e.g. hydraulic power units, hydro testers, pressure boosting system.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the assy. floor in small to medium sized automobile industry.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with appropriate certification from statutory body or from previous employer in mig / arc /orbital welding. Minimum 1 year of hands on experience is mandate.
v Exception/Deviation: Candidate having cumulative experience of any one of the trade as stated above for minimum 5 years or more can be considered for hiring even if he/she is not meeting minimum educational qualification requirement.
Specific Skills Requirement:
Ø Must possess a clear understanding of general math & have the ability to read, write & comprehend written and spoken English “or” Hindi.
Ø Ability to comprehend technical drawings, BOM (bill of material), operation & maintenance procedures, quality & safety documents.
Ø Must have experience in assembly and disassembly of heavy weight fixtures, assemblies and equipment.
Ø Must be trained on operating overhead crane. Operating knowledge (with valid license) of forklift would be an added advantage.
Ø Must have experience in operating of hydraulic systems like hydraulic HPU/oil filtration unit /hydraulic power packs etc.
Ø Must be aware about industrial safety standards.
Ø Knowledge of operating pneumatic operated high-pressure pumps/gas boosting stations would be an added advantage.
Ø Ability to perform dimensional inspection for heavy weight oil & gas equipment would be an added advantage.
Ø Awareness about PLC and DAQ systems would be given preferences.
Ø Operational knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Ø Ability to use computer or workstation. Should have proficiency in Microsoft word & excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Participate in TPR/TRR meetings.
Ø Prepares MEL document and get it verified through project team as per shop floor protocols.
Ø Perform HAZID & HAZOP prior to start of project.
Ø Prepares and participate in Job safety analysis discussion and tool box talk.
Ø Co-ordinates with stores team for material issue and return.
Ø Perform material movement using appropriate material handling equipment.
Ø Perform assembly/disassembly activity of heavy duty fixtures/connector and other product lines as per standard operating procedure.
Ø Perform lifting, movement activity of heavy weight parts using EOT crane/Forklift/Electric Stacker/Pallet Trucks while performing assembly and disassembly.
Ø Support in performing dimensional inspection of the parts using various measuring instruments.
Ø Co-ordinate with product teams to address deviation and update on the test status.
Ø Participate in design kick off and review meeting for the work shop tools.
Ø Perform pressure testing of components as per TFMC GWI.
Ø Prepare manifold & plumbing lines for respective testing’s.
Ø Support quality/project team in providing the test data, work order updates, and any other details requested by project team.
Ø Performs maintenance of test equipment’s.
Ø Performs 5S activity.
Ø Participate and support in incident investigation activity.
Ø Co-ordinate with procurement department for enquiry generation and technical clarification.
Ø Supports in material movement, loading and unloading and various logistic activities.
Ø Provides input for document revision such as standard work instructions, capacity upgradations, process enhancement etc.
Ø Support IMS core team to provide all required inputs in updating the procedures, process documents and any other documentation as and when required.
Ø Actively participate in HSE and other shop floor campaigns.

Co-ordination with Manufacturing team (e.g. Quality, Procurement, Project team etc.)
Co-ordination with engineering team.
External:
May contribute from time to time in technical discussion with vendors and service providers.
Training Requirements:
Ø TFMC equipment operating procedures, TFMC safety program, Intranet system, TFMC Technical & Non-technical standard as per the role requirement.
Ø Additional TFMC training courses as outlined in the TFMC India Training Matrix
Work Environment:
Shop floor environment: Exposure to hazard such as pressure generating devices, overhead crane operations, Noise generating devices like compressors/gas .
