Our organization is looking to employ a hands on front of house manager to take over the day to day running of the front of house of the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, hard working, have a great attention to detail, be able to take control of and manage a high pressure environment with a large team of staff.
Training is essential in this position and the candidate will need to have a history of training staff and be able to run a minimum of 3 training modules a week with front of house waiters, hosts and runners.
This is a 6 day a week position with a day off in the week and the ideal candidate will come with a minimum of 5 years front of house restaurant management experience.
