Personal Assistant [Malaysia]


 
  • To assist General Manager on her daily management work.
  • To arrange meetings, attend meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up with project progress.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • May assist with planning all the meetings and invitation, travelling arrangements, and reimbursements.
  • May travel to Singapore to support business by request
  • 协助总经理处理日常管理工作。
  • 安排会议、出席会议、记录会议纪要并跟进项目进度。
  • 制作文件、简报、报告和演示文稿。
  • 可协助规划所有会议和邀请、旅行安排和报销。
  • 可能应要求前往新加坡支持业务

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
