Performs a range of basic office support activities, such as observing office defects, resolving office matters with external contractors, and carrying out setting up duties and physical movement of office equipment as assigned.
How will you value-add?
Assists with regular review and monitoring of office to ensure defects are being addressed
Coordinates with Manager to manage external contractors in resolving office matters
Carries out duties such as setting up duties and physical movement of office equipment
Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; may operate a computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data and maintain workflow.
Escalates time-sensitive problems about office matters to the Manager and proposes possible solutions, or work with external contractors to resolve them.
