Your self-management & elevated communication skills will enable you to engage with all internal and external stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
1. Secretarial and administrative support
- Manage the COO’s agenda, make appointments, organize calls and visio-conferences
- Organize & manage the COO’s business trips (bookings, visas, transfers, web check-in, etc.)
- Manage all type of correspondence (phone, mail, post)
- Prepare reports & communications, create powerpoint presentations or other types of documents as requested
- Act as custodian of corporate documents and records, create and maintain filing systems
- Organize and coordinate market visits for all Richemont stakeholders visiting Turkey
- Prepare expense reports
- Take on special tasks and projects
2. Internal Communication
- Act as key contact between the COO and her team, ensure smooth distribution of information
- Manage internal communication flow for Richemont Turkey
- Operate as contact person for MEIA Internal Communication team
- Create and follow-up yearly calendar of Internal communication and team activities
- Create editing plan, edit and publish local new and announcement on REACH (intranet)
- Animate local Yammer account (Richemont corporate social network)
- Organize team meetings, events and team building activities

Experience, Language proficiency and skills:
- At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
- Fluency in both Turkish & English language, French is a plus
- Computer skills: enhanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
