Responsibilities:- - To check and negotiate for competitive pricing. - To prepare purchase orders based on MRN. - To ensure all the goods received are as per the purchase order requirement - To ensure timely deliverability of purchase material - To assess supplier/ sub-contractor performance - To cost all projects - To check all incoming bills base on PO/MRN. - To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System. - To comply Company 5S Implementation. - To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time. Requirement:- - Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of working experience in purchasing procedures - Required skills: Sourcing, negotiation, preparation of PO, follow-up and expedite supplier delivery. - Possess own transport. - Able to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English - Must be computer literate in Excel and Word.
