- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product
- Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives
- Develop and implement national promotional campaigns, materials and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies
- Work together with sales force, give clear market direction and guideline to sales team
- Develop critical relationships with national Key Opinion Leaders and other allied health care professionals.
- Set up KOLs communication workshops to understand the patients /physicians insights.
- Collaborate with cross function teams, particularly collaborate with medical team to develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy alignment, GA team to develop the communication material and lobby experts for market access success
- Provide product knowledge to internal clients.
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
